A few Saturdays back, Tall Chris, Boxer Annie, and I went to Rogue Ale House on NW Flanders in Portland. It was one of a few outdoor eating spaces that had an open table to accommodate our unique group. After getting settled in, our server Matthew came over and asked if he could take a picture of Annie, as he’s creating a collage to show how Rogue is a dog-friendly business.
From the Dog Menu to the shade-covered seating options, there was so much done to include dogs in the dining experience with Rogue. As one can see from looking at the menu, the food choices are varied, and almost any dietary restriction can be accommodated to. Awesome.
Once conversation got rolling, we learned that Matthew is a manager at Rogue and is totally into supporting Rogue-sponsored dog activities. Ideas bounced back and forth, and what I am able to say *at this moment* is that if you’re in the PDX area, keep your eyes and ears peeled for these upcoming events. To say they’re going to be awesome would be an understatement.
Overall, the food and beer were phenomenal, and Matthew took great care of us. Stay tuned for more details on the Rogue-Lucid partnership!
